Sunnyside
|
|
Sunnyside
was a playhouse built in the 1890s for James Sprunt's
daughter Marion. It was fitted with furniture to scale and
had several rooms, including formal dining room and a
kitchen, complete with real china and silver flatware.
Marion Sprunt only enjoyed her playhouse for a short time,
dying in 1901 at the age of thirteen after contracting
scarlet fever.

the admission office for Orton until 2006.
